Is there a higher rating then a 5? Just finished up a complete home remodel which included a complete replacement of the HVAC system. In doing so I dealt with a number of different contractors for different parts of the remodel... none as Professional and Great to deal with as Bob, Elaine and their crew.

Pricing was great. They delivered on everything single thing they said and were perfectionists in making sure everything was done to specifications! Thank You!

Diamond Heating and Air provided fantastic service for me today. My AC went out so I called at 11:30am to see if they could come out and figure out what was wrong.

I was told they had a technician available between 1-3pm which was great. I asked if he could come on the early side of the range due to my son's soccer game and they said they would definitely try.

I received a call from Elaine at 12:45 letting me know my technician was on his way. Bob showed up at 1 and quickly diagnosed the issue. He quoted a fair price and fixed the problem part. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of AC or Heater repair as well as annual maintenance.

We continue to be thankful that we chose Diamond Heating and Air as our HVAC company. Two years ago they replaced our old system and we were 100% happy with the work and 1000% happy with their customer service. 

This summer, after hearing random strange noises when the AC kicked on, I gave Diamond a call and they came out to troubleshoot. The technician spent almost 2 hours checking out the system and could not replicate the noise. He did notice that the return register near where I had been hearing the occasional noises appeared slightly loose. (It was so minor that I had never noticed it.) He tightened the register and put Velcro on the filter to hold it in place, thinking that maybe the air movement when the system turned on might cause enough disturbance in the register to be making the noise. In the 24 hours since he was here, I haven't heard the noise again and think he may have solved the problem. It was not an obvious problem and it was attention to detail and thinking outside the box that found a solution.

Since there was not an invoice with the paperwork the tech left, I called Elaine to find out how much we owed and was surprised when she said nothing; the noise problem was part of our warranty and that our first two maintenance checks were part of our contract. I had assumed that since 2 years had passed since installation, we would be responsible.

I have so much respect for Bob and Elaine. They are customer oriented and don't consider a job done until it is done right. Their prices are fair and Diamond's commitment to excellence is unquestionable. We feel so lucky that we found them and will be lifelong clients.

After receiving 3 quotes and reading all of the reviews on Yelp, we are so glad that we decided to use Diamond Heating and Air to install our air conditioner and heater. We had trouble getting financed in the beginning, but Elaine found a program for us to get financed and kept in touch all along the way. Once everything was set to go, it only took 2 days for the installation. We could not be happier with the service and the crew and the owners of Diamond Heating & Air. They were quick, very thorough, very fairly priced, and very easy to work with. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank toiling Bob, Elaine, and your crew.

They were AWESOME! Very responsive and ended up squeezingus in that day for Ac unit that went out! Very competitive and reasonable pricing! Will use them in the future and recommend them to anyone!
