I just wanted to take the time to thank you for the incredible work and responsiveness to our heating situation. As you know, we had just moved to a new home with our two small children and were devastated to be out of heat for more than a week, during the coldest time of the year. You came into the situation after we'd been dealing with another contractor referred by the home warranty company who could not only not fix our heat, but had charged us for an unnecessary part. We were completely stressed out and saddened because we had to send our kids away to be warm while we dealt with the heating issue.

Then entered Diamond Heating and Air. Bob quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, and Elaine, we are so grateful that you tenaciously sought the parts we needed during the holiday week. We are so grateful to you... in fact our 3 year old has been so happy to be back home and saying, "Bob fixed our heat!"

We also wanted you to know that we sang your praises to our warranty company, American Home Shield, and we reported the shoddy and unnecessary work of the prior contractor in hopes that they do not dispatch him to other unsuspecting clients.

We wish there were more contractors like you... responsive, caring and knowledgeable. You are our hero's!

I wanted to drop you a note to say thanks for the excellent job your firm did with my recent furnace and air conditioner installation. The building inspector just left, and he commented that I had obviously gotten a very good job in the installation of the HVAC system he was inspecting. Having a background in construction myself, I can tell you that receiving those kind of compliments from a seasoned inspector is very rare. Congratulations to your crew on doing the kind of job that gets such noteworthy unsolicited praise!

Please feel free to give any prospective customers my name, phone number, email address, etc. I was extremely pleased with my experience with Diamond Heating and Air, and would be happy to share my views on that experience with your potential customers.

The installation process was quick, and your crew was efficient and friendly - unlike many experiences with remodeling or home improvement, having Diamond in our home was a pleasure. I was especially impressed with the fact that your firm installed several smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector. We weren't charged extra for them, and in conjunction with the alarms already in place really added a nice feeling of security to the installation.

Thanks again for making our home safer and more comfortable for our family.

Both my wife and I were very satisfied with the service and professionalism of Diamond Heating and Air. We have already recommended them to friends looking to replace there older heating and air conditioning units. They treated us with respect and we felt comfortable with both the owners and their installation team. Their work was completed quickly and the clean up was taken care of.

Elaine, Bob and Diamond Heating and Air are the best bar none! In October 2010, we needed our furnace and air conditioning units replaced and hoped that getting 3 bids would help us fins a reliable, reputable company. During our first meeting with Bob, we felt that he was someone we could trust. His quote seemed reasonable according to our research, his presentation was informative, and there was no hard sell. He was patient with all our questions and addressed all our concerns, never making us feel rushed. Bob and his crew installed our new equipment as promised with attention to detail and a friendly approach. Elaine took care of all our equipment ordering and paperwork - contract, permit and rebate submissions - all with the same attention to detail and cheerfulness. We received all our rebate checks without a hitch! Bob and Elaine's personal service, expertise and "tender loving care" made us feel we were in good hands from start to finish. Our new system is already saving us money on our energy bills. Diamond's maintenance program will keep our system in good working order for years to come. It's not overstating it to say that Elaine and Bob are worth their weight in diamonds and Diamond will always get a top recommendation from us!
