Do you find making much needed home repairs taxing or frustrating? We want you, as a homeowner, to be able to make an informed decision after we present your options to you.
Our technicians come from diverse backgrounds and each one has an impressive skill set. We are proud to say that we believe in lifelong learning and we require our technicians to attend training courses each week to learn new skills. We actually pay them to learn how to serve you better. Everybody wins.
Our technicians wear a professional uniform and follow appearance standards so that you cannot mistake them for anyone else when they show up at your door. We also drug test our technicians as a safety precaution. We understand as homeowners that it may be frightening to let someone you do not know into your home. At Diamond Heating and Air we would not send anyone to your house that we would not be comfortable letting into our own.
2. Quality Products
At our Company we do not believe in installing poor quality equipment or practicing “planned obsolescence.” There are some companies out there who will complete the job with the absolute lowest material and labor costs so that they can enjoy the highest profit possible. We are not one of them. We will only sell you high quality, long lasting parts and they will be installed in the most professional manner. We want your repeat business legitimately, not because a product we sold you had a short life. It is important to us that our customers give positive recommendations about our company to other potential customers. In order for that to happen, we take care to deliver to our customers the products and experience that they deserve.
3. No Hidden Fees
Another benefit of choosing Diamond Heating and Air is that we do not charge extra for overtime. We have been known to work odd and late hours to ensure that our customers’ systems are repaired in a timely manner. We do not want you to sacrifice comfort for quality. We understand how upsetting it can be to go without modern conveniences, especially when looking out for the wellbeing of your family. So, we will not expect you to pay a dime more than you would during conventional office hours. We will even work around your schedule. That’s right; our rates are exactly the same 24/7/365. We also guarantee 24 hour emergency service.
4. Guaranteed Fixed Pricing
After diagnosing your system, we provide a fixed, guaranteed price for the repair or installation. No tricks. No gimmicks. There will be no surprises or hidden fees. Our prices take into account all the costs of operating a business, from servicing our trucks, to building operation fees, employee salaries, benefits, and more. Our prices are carefully calculated and never arbitrary. We believe in the right price for the right quality.
5. Community
Diamond Heating and Air is a proud member of Service Roundtable, and actively participates in conferences, trade shows, and other educational events. We offer Senior Citizens a discount on our services. We also honor those who have bravely served in the armed forces with a service discount. We believe the best measure of a company is not what they claim, but their actions towards their customers and their community.

Heater season
Heater, heater, heater, heater season is here. You the homeowner thought that the Indian summer may last forever but as our temperatures drop, fog and ice form it is clear winter has finally come.
Through the years I have attempted to enlighten my customers the value of turning your system on and testing it prior to heater or air conditioning season. Those of you who see the value in a maintenance program or a seasonal maintenance are ahead of the curve. As our temperatures in the Sacramento region began to drop our phones season after season become busier and busier. This is great for the service side of our business and I am certainly not complaining. But if there is some way I can impart knowledge to you to test your system before the season begins by utilizing a maintenance program I would prefer to do that for my customer base rather than accept your money for an emergency service call.
So for those of you who've not yet tested your furnaces or heaters and may require emergency service our company is as close as your phone.
More important than having your heating system fail during the season would be to have a carbon monoxide leak endangering yourself your family and your home. Please be certain to have a carbon monoxide sensor in your home with fresh batteries and operating properly. In addition if you have a furnace in your home that is more than 10 years old, Diamond Heating Air will perform a video scope inspection of your heat exchanger at no cost or obligation to you the homeowner our customer.
Remember carbon monoxide is an invisible killer. Let us work with you to keep your home safe call today for your free furnace inspection.
Heating and Air Conditioning Internet comparisons
As we all know when purchasing a product and doing your research on the Internet you can find positive and negative reports on any item researched. Heating and air-conditioning systems share in those comparisons.
Heating and air conditioning customers satisfaction is not only based on the product and manufacture but with the complete experience with the heating and air conditioning company they select. Remember when purchasing a new system you will be establishing a long term relationship with this contractor and there staff.
When a heating and air-conditioning customer begins shopping for their new HVAC system and entertaining bids what most do not realize is that buying a new heating and air-conditioning system is not the same as buying a new car, when you buy a new car you do not concern yourself with who assembled it but, on your heating and air conditioning install, the quality of the installation is one of the key factors as to how long your new equipment will last and how well it will perform.
Improper installation of your new equipment can reduce its efficiency and its longevity. Along with researching the product brand that you are considering purchasing you also need to be diligent in researching your contractor. Look up complaints on the internet through both the California Contractors State License Board and the Better Business Bureau.
Even though the contractor may have an A+ rating, be sure to check his complaint history. It is located under the complaint summary tab for a history of complaints filed against the contractor in the last 36 months.
If the Better Business Bureau was able to resolve the issue between the customer and the contractor The action does not effect the contractor's Better Business Bureau rating. For example it is possible for a contractor to have 50 complaints against them registered with the Better Business Bureau and if the Better Business Bureau was able to intercede and resolve the issue the contractor will retain an A+ rating. When researching your contractor with the Better Business Bureau is very important to take the one additional step and review the complaint history.
You will also need to research how long the contractor has been in business. This information can also be found through the Contractors State license Board. When you find a complaint against a contractor that you are considering hiring ask yourself this—why didn’t the contractor take care of the customer prior to a complaint being filed? Do you want the same experience if a problem arises with your new system??
In making your final decision on which product and which contractor to use, keep in mind this is a product that you will be living with each and every day in your home for many years to come.
